A permanent stiff finish on 100% polyester, engineered to meet ISSF shooting jacket requirements including the 1.25mm thickness limit.
We engineer this finish to meet ISSF shooting jacket requirements, including a strict 1.25mm thickness limit. As a result, the canvas holds its shape and resists weather without exceeding competition thickness rules. The fabric keeps its stiff, weatherproof structure through repeated use in outdoor conditions. Buyers use it when a competition-grade spec matters as much as everyday durability.
We weave this canvas from 100% Cotton and finish it to 820 gsm (24.2 oz/yd²). It comes on a 147 cm (58″) roll width. Because of the permanent stiff finish, the canvas resists weather without softening over time. The ISSF sets strict thickness limits for shooting jacket material. This canvas holds to 1.25mm, keeping it within that rule.
Since 1963, Hassan Brothers has run dyeing and finishing operations in Pakistan. Because of that history, we bespoke-manufacture this weatherproof canvas to your exact specification, adjusting weight, finish, and thickness detail. For example, shooting-sport brands often need the exact 1.25mm spec, while general outdoor brands may prefer a different thickness. We test every roll for consistent thickness before it ships.
We ship worldwide and work directly with brands and stitching units across Australia, Europe, North America, and beyond. Therefore, we do not limit ourselves to the domestic Pakistani market.
