Hassan Textiles is an international fabric manufacturer shipping to brands across Australia, Europe, North America, and beyond. We know that ordering fabric from overseas can feel uncertain, especially on a first order. So, this page lays out exactly what to expect at each stage, from minimum order quantities to shipping. That way, you can plan your sourcing timeline with real numbers instead of guesswork.
Minimum Order Quantities
Your MOQ depends on the fabric you order. In other words, there’s no single flat MOQ across our whole catalog. Heavier fabrics carry a lower MOQ, while lighter fabrics need a higher one for an efficient production run. Because of this, your exact MOQ depends on which of our fabrics you choose. If you’re a first-time buyer, we also offer special reduced MOQs to make that first order easier. Tell us the fabric and order size you’re considering, and we’ll confirm your exact MOQ before you commit to anything.
Lead Times
For custom fabric manufacturing, lead times run 25 to 45 days. The exact number depends on the fabric quality and the quantity you order. Similarly, larger or more complex orders sit toward the longer end of that range. If we already have your fabric in stock, lead times drop significantly. We’ll give you a specific lead time estimate as soon as we know your order details.
Payment Terms
Our standard terms are 30% deposit with the remaining 70% due before shipment. For larger orders, we’re open to negotiating terms case by case. For example, that can include a Letter of Credit for buyers who prefer that structure.
Shipping & Incoterms
We ship on FOB terms from the Pakistani port of departure, CIF to your destination port, or EXW from our facility. Meanwhile, which option works best depends on your freight forwarder and your experience importing from Pakistan. We’re happy to walk you through the difference if this is your first time importing textiles.
Quality You Can Trust
We don’t currently hold formal certifications like OEKO-TEX or GOTS. However, we rely on a dyeing and finishing operation Hassan Brothers has run in Pakistan since 1963. Because of that history, we test every batch for consistent weight, hand feel, and finish before it ships. If your buyer or retailer requires specific documentation, tell us early and we’ll work with you on what’s realistic.
